We are now looking for a passionate Microsoft Administrator (m/f/d) who feels at home in the world of Microsoft Windows On-Premises as well as in Azure. Already acquired Microsoft certifications in the areas of Modern Work & Azure Infrastructure are a great advantage.

As a certified Microsoft Solution Provider in the area of Modern Work and Azure infrastructure, partimus offers its customers a comprehensive Microsoft hybrid cloud portfolio. We operate our own certified data center where we offer tailor-made solutions for our customers.

Infrastructure and platform services from Microsoft with a focus on hybrid solutions are our main focus. We do not rely on standard cloud solutions, but always pay attention to the respective customer needs and develop individual solutions.

Your tasks

Responsibility for the administration, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft environments.
Planning, design and implementation of complex cloud projects with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Implementation of solution concepts and migration of customer infrastructures to the hybrid cloud (transformation).
Administration of Windows servers, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
Migration of workloads (VMs, applications) to modern platforms such as Azure Stack HCI, Azure and Hyper-V.
Planning and implementation of proof-of-concepts.
Assumption of (partial) project management and technical implementation of the main topics in customer projects.
Setup of highly available Microsoft environments based on Storage Spaces Direct and Azure Stack HCI.
Support in the preparation of offers for concepts, implementation projects and presentations to customers.
Billing of customer environments (M365 + Azure subscription) as part of the CSP model.
Support with the transfer of projects to the Managed Service Organization.
Automation of recurring administration processes using PowerShell.

Your qualifications

Completed training in the field of IT infrastructure or comparable professional training.
Several years of professional experience in the described IT environment.
Technical expertise in virtual data center and cloud technologies as well as in the area of Modern Workplace with a focus on M365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.
Expertise in the administration of Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Hyper-V and Storage Spaces Direct.
Experience in the installation, configuration and migration of cloud services (e.g. Microsoft 365, Cloud Security, Endpoint Manager, Intune, Azure Active Directory, Azure AVD).
Experience in the installation of Storage Spaces Direct, Azure Stack HCI and hybrid Microsoft domain networks.
Experience with backup solutions and implementation of DR scenarios based on Veeam or similar solutions.
Experience with Microsoft licensing, especially in the area of CSP.
Conceptual strength, independence and customer orientation.
