Vision:
Our goal is to build a modern EVPN-VXLAN network up to the host in order to meet all modern challenges, especially in the areas of cybersecurity and DDoS protection. As our infrastructure is relatively new and there are no legacy issues, we offer the unique opportunity to design the network freely and develop it in a future-oriented way.

Your role:
As a network administrator (m/f/d), you are a central part of our team. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in the design and restructuring of our network and thus contribute directly to the further development of our infrastructure.

Your tasks

Implementation and management of EVPN-VXLAN networks
Configuration and monitoring of network devices, in particular Arista and Juniper MX routers (BGP/FlowSpec)
Deployment and management of Arbor Netscout DDoS Protection solutions (optional)
Use of automation tools such as Ansible and Arista CloudVision, together with DevOPS technologies.
Development and maintenance of scripts for network automation in Python and Bash
Administration of our network management system Netbox

Your qualifications

At least five years of relevant professional experience in networking
In-depth knowledge of the technologies EVPN-VXLAN, Arista, Juniper MX Routing (BGP/FlowSpec)
Experience with Arbor Netscout DDoS Protection (desirable, but not required)
Experienced in using automation tools such as Ansible and Arista CloudVision
Practical experience in programming or scripting with Python and Bash
Knowledge of the use of Netbox
