The company
Grown from two houses
partimus was founded in 2018, though its roots go back further. Since 2010, the group to which we belong has been building and operating IT systems for industry, research, and public institutions. In 2022, we built our own data center in Limburg an der Lahn. In 2026, with the merger of partimus and the primeLine system house, IT support, IT security, and software development were added to our portfolio—and the primeLine corporate group was renamed core.two. Today, over 90 people work for the group across two locations: with the short decision-making processes typical of an owner-managed company and the experience of a provider that has been building and operating systems for over 15 years.
Two locations—one team
Limburg an der Lahn and Bad Oeynhausen are two locations of the same team. Data center, IT support, IT security, and development collaborate across locations: What is planned at one site goes live at the other, and the experience gained from day-to-day operations feeds directly back into our infrastructure. For you, this means a dedicated point of contact and all partimus services from a single source—regardless of which location your project is technically based in.
Innovation at the Limburg site
Our data center in Limburg an der Lahn is at the heart of our operations. Here, we combine security and trust with state-of-the-art technology. Our ISO/IEC 27001-certified and Level 3-certified data center provides a highly secure environment specifically designed to meet the requirements of AI infrastructures and private clouds. We ensure a sustainable IP transit mix through our Points of Presence (PoPs) with redundant Juniper routers in Frankfurt, Limburg, and Bad Oeynhausen.
Our proximity to the world’s largest data hub, DE-CIX, enables us to offer first-class cloud and data center services worldwide from Limburg. Our hybrid collaboration with the Microsoft Azure Cloud and comprehensive cloud consulting expand our range of services and offer you customized solutions for your IT challenges.
IT expertise in Bad Oeynhausen
Our IT support, IT security, and managed services teams are based in Bad Oeynhausen. From here, we plan, manage, and monitor local, hybrid, and cloud-based IT environments: monitoring, network management, managed firewall, email protection, and professional IT support. We also offer maintenance and fully managed contracts, as well as Microsoft 365 and cloud services for the workplace.
Technically, the site is connected directly to Limburg and Frankfurt via its own point of presence with redundant Juniper routers. As a dedicated backup location with backup storage and failover clusters, Bad Oeynhausen provides geographically redundant protection for our data center in Limburg. Two locations, short distances: operations, support, and security—all from a single provider.
Under one roof: core.two
Above partimus is core.two, the corporate group behind partimus and primeline solutions. Until 2026, it operated under the name primeLine Group. It is owner-managed: supported by the two families of shareholders who built it up and led by four managing directors, two of whom are also shareholders in the group.
There is a clear division of labor between the two brands. primeline solutions builds server, storage, and HPC systems in Bad Oeynhausen, while partimus operates and maintains them—in its own data center in Limburg and on-site at the customer’s location. What we build, we can also operate; what we operate on a daily basis feeds back into the next generation of systems. Developed in Germany, operated in our own data center, and supported by our own teams.

Sustainability: Our drive
At partimus, we take our responsibility for the environment seriously and are passionate about sustainability. That’s why our data center is powered by 100% green electricity and supplied with renewable energy by our own solar system on the roof. We also maintain a fleet of hybrid and electric cars with their own charging facilities and offer our employees mobility support by providing them with a BahnCard100.
